Every plan reads the same measures and runs the same matcher. The plan decides how much you can ask, how fast, and whether you get history, change notifications and matching at scale. Prices exclude VAT. Paid yearly: twelve months for the price of ten.

Questions

Do prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT. Customers in Belgium pay Belgian VAT; businesses elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number fall under the reverse charge. You see the total before you pay, and every invoice is in your dashboard.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay a year up front: twelve months for the price of ten.
Can I cancel any month?
Yes, from your dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that your account has no plan and your keys answer 402 subscription_required.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. Your keys keep working, with the limits of the new plan.
What happens without a plan?
You can sign in, open the dashboard and create a key. Until you choose a plan, that key answers 402 subscription_required. The open routes (/v1/health, /v1/plans, /v1/openapi.json, /v1/taxonomy, /v1/coverage, /v1/sources) always work, without a key.
What counts as a request, and as a match evaluation?
Every call to a keyed route counts once, whatever it returns, the MCP server included. Test and live keys count the same. A call refused because you are over your limit does not count. A match evaluation is one company evaluated against every measure: POST /v1/match is one, a bulk match of 300 companies is 300. Re-evaluating watchlists when a measure changes is not counted.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Requests answer 429 quota_exceeded, with Retry-After pointing at the start of the next month (UTC). Every response carries RateLimit-Remaining, so you can see it coming. Match evaluations have their own limit (429 match_quota_exceeded) and reading measures keeps working. There are no overage charges: you move to a higher plan, or wait for the month to turn.
Which plan do I need?
The table above says. A call your plan does not include answers 403 plan_required and names, in required_plan, the cheapest plan that would answer it.
What does Enterprise include?
Unlimited volume, a higher rate limit, bulk matches of thousands of companies, redistribution rights and terms agreed in writing. Inside your own product every plan may show what it reads; passing the data itself on to others needs Enterprise (see the terms). Write to hello@subsido.be.
